Restaurant and salon are different

The restaurant may welcome younger diners in accordance with house arrangements and applicable law. The gaming salon is a separate adults-only area. No person under 18 may enter, observe from inside or participate in gambling.

Website confirmation

An age confirmation appears on every page because the website describes the gaming salon. Confirmation is a notice and does not replace identification checks at the venue.

Identification

Valid government-issued photo identification showing date of birth may be requested from any visitor before salon entry. Copies or photographs may be refused. Apparent age, prior visits or accompaniment by another adult do not remove the requirement.

Refusal and removal

Access is refused when age cannot be verified, identification appears altered, or staff reasonably believe the document does not belong to the presenter. A person admitted in error may be required to leave immediately.

Adult responsibility

Adults must not help a minor access gaming content, lend identification or place bets on a minor’s behalf. Restaurant guests supervising younger people must ensure they remain outside restricted areas.

Online safeguards

Parents and guardians can use device-level parental controls and supervised profiles. Shared-device users should clear stored age confirmation after browsing where appropriate.

Reporting a concern

Tell a member of staff immediately or email us if you believe an underage person is attempting to access the salon. Reports are handled discreetly and shared only where necessary.
