Acceptance and purpose

By using this website, you agree to these terms. The site presents Croupier Chef, its restaurant, Chef’s Counter, calendar and optional adults-only gaming salon. It does not itself complete a reservation, payment or gaming transaction.

Permitted use

You may browse for personal, lawful purposes and contact us about genuine services. You must not interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, scrape excessively, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access or use content unlawfully.

Reservations

Emailing a request does not guarantee availability. A reservation exists only after written confirmation. We may ask for further details or a deposit where stated in advance. Event-specific terms disclosed during confirmation also apply.

Prices and changes

Published prices include applicable tax and service unless clearly stated otherwise. Market availability may require dishes, ingredients, schedules or event details to change. We aim to communicate material confirmed-booking changes directly.

Adult gaming salon

Salon access is restricted to persons aged 18 or over and may require valid photo identification. Entry may be refused or ended for safety, compliance, capacity or responsible-gaming reasons. Restaurant booking does not guarantee salon admission.

No guaranteed gambling result

Gambling involves risk of financial loss. No outcome or return is guaranteed. Play is entertainment and must not be treated as work, investment, saving or debt recovery. Visitors remain responsible for staying within affordable time and money limits.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, branding and original material are protected. Personal browsing and ordinary linking are allowed; reproduction, adaptation, resale or commercial exploitation requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

Availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, incompatible equipment, independent services or reliance on information that visitors knew required direct confirmation.
