QUESTIONS
Useful answers before you write.
Reservations, menus, access, events and responsible gaming.
Can I visit only the restaurant?
Yes. The dining room and Chef’s Counter are complete experiences. There is no expectation or requirement to enter the gaming salon.
Is the whole venue restricted to adults?
No. The restaurant welcomes younger diners when accompanied as appropriate. Only the gaming salon and gaming-related participation are strictly 18+.
How do I reserve?
Email info@croupierchef.com with your date, time, party size and requirements. There is no form or automatic booking engine.
Is the email request a confirmation?
No. Your table is confirmed only when our team replies in writing with the agreed details.
Do you publish prices?
Yes. Current à la carte and Chef’s Counter prices appear on this site. Event prices are listed on the Calendar page.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Often, with advance notice. The kitchen handles multiple allergens and cannot promise a completely allergen-free environment.
Is there an alcohol-free pairing?
Yes. The Chef’s Counter and selected events offer a pairing built from infusions, ferments, teas and seasonal produce.
Must gaming salon visitors gamble?
No. Verified adults may observe, ask questions or leave without placing any stake.
Are gaming results guaranteed?
Never. Each stake can be lost, previous outcomes do not predict future results, and play must not be viewed as income.
What responsible gaming tools are available?
Hosts can explain stake ranges, support pre-set time and money limits, arrange pauses and help end a visit. Our Responsible Gaming page provides fuller guidance.
Is identification required?
Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested before gaming salon access, even when a visitor appears older than 18.
How can I discuss accessibility?
Email us before arrival with the practical support you need. We will explain the available route and seating honestly.
